Predictive Maintenance on Datacake with NKE BoB LoRaWAN Sensor
Our new favorite sensor for Industrial IoT and Predictive Maintenance. NKE's BoB monitors motors and machines and detects the vibration pattern for change. After a short learning phase, maintenance conditions can be detected and treated via deviations or changes.
The nice thing about the sensor is that it has hardly any requirements for the installation location. With magnetic feet it is quickly mounted and thanks to the integrated battery it does not need a power supply.
Now available as a template for the Datacake IoT platform.
Dashboard Included
The benefit of a LoRaWAN Device Template on Datacake is that this will automatically add the device into your Workspace and create a Dashboard. Our users can modify these Dashboards to their own needs or use this as a starting base for advanced Dashboards.
QR-Code and Public Dashboards
If you want to share the Dashboard without the need of letting your customers or users sign up on our platform you can share any dashboard on Datacake using our Sharing Function that makes a Device Dashboard shareable via Link.
This also creates a QR-Code for you that you can scan or print and put it next to the device.
Support all LoRaWAN Network Server
Thanks to Datacake's native integration of LoRaWAN Network Server, the Template will work with all major LNS, including:
- The Things Stack V3
- Loriot
- Helium
- Kerlink Wanesy
- ChirpStack
- Actility
- KPN
Simple Configuration
In order to add the Sensor to Datacake all you need to do is choose the NKE BoB from our list of officially supported devices and enter it's DevEUI. The Things Stack V3 and Helium both have a pre-build Webhook Template and for all the other LNS we provide a detailed setup guide here:
